Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Personal Checks, and Money Orders. Personal Checks and Money Orders must be received and cleared prior to your order being delivered or shipped. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Basket Case & More and contact us for mailing address.
Substitutions:
We reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary, based upon product availability, seasonality, and the finding of new items/suppliers. All substitutions will be of equal or greater quality.
Delivery/Shipping:
Local delivery is available, incurring a fee of $5.00 to $12.00. If you are unsure of our local delivery area, please call or email -- you'll be surprised how far we go! Orders not in our local delivery area will be shipped via Ground UPS or FedEx (whichever price is better).
Shipping:
On orders shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, next day service is available at an additional cost. Please call us for a quote. Ground shipping takes approximately 1 - 6 business days, depending on destination. Worldwide shipping available!
In-stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.
Returns:
If a gift is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, then the purchaser will be charged an additional re-delivery or shipping charge. If order is then canceled, there will be an additional 25% restocking fee. Please make sure all recipient information is entered correctly and clearly.
